Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its clinical team and help drive the next chapter of quality care, teamwork, and employee satisfaction.

- 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing
- Previous DON or ADON experience strongly preferred
- BSN preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
