Position Summary:The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and direct all nursing services within the facility
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead QAPI initiatives and drive quality improvement outcomes
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor management
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leadership and staff
- Monitor clinical documentation and care plan implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident care
- Support survey readiness and maintain survey compliance
Qualifications:- Active RN license in good standing
- Previous experience as a DON or ADON in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process
- Experience managing clinical teams and driving quality metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to foster a positive and accountable team environment
