Job Summary and QualificationsJob Summary: Responsible for overall management of the day - to - day operation of the clinical unit. Specific responsibilities include: Performance Improvement, Policies and Procedures, Staffing/Productivity, Program Development, and Nursing care for specific patient population. The Director must work closely with staff, physicians, and other directors to ensure quality patient care. The Director guides the staff in the implementation of the nursing process and directs the cost effective allocation of resources.
What qualifications you will need:- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse license required
- Associate Degree required; BSN preferred
- 3 years of experience required
