Full Job Description
About the role

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at the center of Padel Haus's growth. You will own the full marketing function with a small team: brand, paid acquisition, lifecycle, content, local SEO, and new market openings. You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and partner directly with the CEO on brand vision.

You will be both a leader and a doer. You will set the strategy and execute alongside your team. That means writing newsletters, drafting campaign briefs, and building lifecycle flows yourself, not just directing others to do it. We are looking for somebody who has shipped paid campaigns, built lifecycle automation, managed a small team, and launched new locations or product lines with measurable results. If you are coming from a B2C brand in fitness, hospitality, food & beverage, or a comparable consumer lifestyle vertical, this role will feel familiar in the best way.

What You Will Do

Brand & Campaigns

  • Own integrated campaign strategy across paid, organic, lifecycle, and events: concept, message hierarchy, and channel execution.
  • Partner with the CEO on brand vision; ensure every campaign looks and sounds like Padel Haus.
  • Be the primary point of brand consistency across all paid media, organic content, lifecycle, and new club openings.

Paid Media & Acquisition

  • Own paid media strategy and day-to-day execution across Meta and Google. Make the buys, optimize the funnel, hold the CAC target by market.
  • Build and continuously iterate conversion paths for player acquisition and founding member campaigns.
  • Lead local SEO / GEO and Google Business Profile strategy.

Lifecycle & Retention

  • Own the full content calendar with Social & Community Manager across social, digital, email, push, and WhatsApp.
  • Build and maintain lifecycle flows in Patch: onboarding, win-back, referral, and re-engagement.

Creative & Content

  • Build creative yourself when needed: paid ad copy, landing page copy, email copy, and light asset production.
  • Oversee and write push notifications (via Play by Point), email newsletters, and WhatsApp blasts.

Team Leadership

  • Directly manage the Graphic Designer and the incoming Social & Community Manager.
  • Partner with the CGO on annual / quarterly planning, budget setting, and marketing analytics reporting.

Schedule & Travel

  • Flexible hours including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays are part of the job, particularly around events and club openings.
  • Occasional travel to Padel Haus locations outside New York required.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years managing direct reports.
  • Multi-location B2C consumer brand background: fitness, hospitality, F&B, retail, or a comparable club or lifestyle concept.
  • Hands-on ownership of a full marketing funnel: paid acquisition, lifecycle, and analytics.
  • Direct experience running paid media on Meta and Google.
  • Experience building and maintaining lifecycle flows in a modern retention platform (Patch is a plus).
  • Proven track record launching a new location, market, or product line with measurable acquisition results.
  • Strong written communication: you can write a campaign brief, an executive memo, and a member email with equal skill.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. Equivalent professional experience considered.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Background in sports, fitness, or lifestyle with a genuine feel for how this audience thinks and buys.
  • Experience playing or following padel.
  • Spanish language proficiency.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move around for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Work Authorization Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
