Role Objective

The Marketing Director will lead a high-performing team and drive the next phase of brand growth and demand generation. This role will oversee a multi-million-dollar marketing budget and a diverse team responsible for building awareness, generating qualified leads, and strengthening our position as the nation's leading firm in humanitarian immigration law.

The ideal candidate blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads with empathy and clarity.

Responsibilities/Duties

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports firmwide revenue goals of $1.5M per month ($18M annually).
  • Oversee a team of 2-4 marketing professionals, fostering an accountable, collaborative, and innovative culture.
  • Partner with the CEO, Sales, and Operations leadership to align marketing investments with firmwide business objectives.


Budget & Performance Oversight
  • Manage and optimize an annual marketing budget of $3-4 million, ensuring ROI and cost-effectiveness across channels.
  • Lead full-funnel performance tracking and analytics to connect marketing KPIs directly to revenue outcomes.
  • Produce and present marketing performance dashboards and insights to the executive team.


Campaign Development & Demand Generation
  • Design and oversee multi-channel campaigns that generate 4,000-6,000 qualified leads per month.
  • Leverage paid, organic, referral, and community strategies to expand reach and engagement.
  • Oversee campaign testing, segmentation, and automation to maximize conversion and retention.


Brand & Thought Leadership
  • Strengthen the firm's brand identity and storytelling to position it as the trusted leader in humanitarian immigration law.
  • Champion consistent brand messaging and creative excellence across all digital and offline platforms.
  • Lead initiatives that highlight thought leadership and community impact.


Technology & Systems Oversight
  • Oversee and optimize the firm's marketing tech stack, including:
  • HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub (required)
  • Google Ads / GA4 / Meta Ads Manager
  • Call Tracking Metrics (for attribution and ROI)
  • BirdEye (for reviews and reputation management)
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn


Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Required; essential for authentic and inclusive communication.
  • 10+ years in marketing, with 3-5 years at a director or senior leadership level.
  • Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and achieving measurable growth.
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation and brand development within a growth-oriented, professional services or legal setting.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to translate marketing data into actionable business insights.
  • Skilled at building and scaling teams, with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
