As Director of Marketing, you'll own our brand and lead the entire marketing function - strategy, communications, digital and social, website, public relations, and community awareness - across all of our locations and service lines. • Lead marketing for community events and new facility openings, including our new Waco clinic.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
What We Offer
• Competitive salary of $75,000-$100,000 DOE.

• Healthcare and dependent-care FSAs, an employer wellness program with premium credits, life and disability options, supplemental accident/critical illness/hospital indemnity coverage, an Employee Assistance Program, and travel assistance.
• A true leadership role with autonomy to build and run the marketing function - not a slice of it.
• A mission-driven, growing organization where your work has visible impact in the community.
