Position SummaryThe Director of Marketing will lead all aspects of the company's marketing strategy and execution. This executive-level position is responsible for strengthening our national brand, generating qualified leads, supporting business development efforts, managing digital and event marketing, and communicating the impact of our work to educators across the country. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has a passion for helping organizations grow through thoughtful, data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Build and strengthen BEG's national brand presence.
- Generate qualified leads and support business development.
- Oversee website, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, PR, and content strategy.
- Assist with conference and event marketing.
- Create compelling case studies, thought leadership, and client success stories.
- Measure ROI using analytics and provide executive reporting.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership.
• Demonstrated success building brands and generating measurable growth.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital marketing.
• Experience in K-12 education or educational consulting.
