Director of MaintenanceJob Summary:As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage and maintain a budget for maintenance and repairs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, Life Safety and other regulatory requirements
- Identify and prioritize capital projects and implement them in a timely and cost-effective manner
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferable in a skilled facility
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
