Full Job Description
Responsibilities: This person will provide national-level leadership in livestock feed sales, strategic development, mentorship, and procurement. This role drives MFA's high-value livestock product growth across beef, dairy, swine, and specialty markets; develops and executes strategic initiatives that strengthen MFA's livestock footprint; mentors and elevates MFA's sales and technical teams; and supports procurement activities that enhance MFA's competitiveness. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

What You'll Do
  • Grow national sales of MFA's high value livestock products, including Evolution premixes, MFA Shield Technology, Ring Leader show feeds, and specialty beef/dairy lines.
  • Expand MFA's footprint with national livestock accounts, especially swine, beef, and dairy operations outside traditional trade territory.
  • Identify and secure toll milling arrangements with large producers when strategically advantageous.
  • Develop new markets for MFA products that can be profitably served by MFA's supply chain.
  • Mentor MFA livestock sales team members, passing on knowledge, processes, and relationship building skills.
  • Develop next generation MFA sales talent by investing time, expertise, and strategic guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships between MFA team members and national livestock customers.
  • Lead strategic planning for livestock operations, including market development, product positioning, and cross division alignment.
