Overview

 

The Director of Lead Management is responsible for the lead management process, including identifying, qualifying and converting potential customers (leads) into sales opportunities. This person will be expected to collaborate with both marketing and sales teams to ensure a smooth lead flow and maximize conversion rates. In addition, this person is responsible for developing and implementing lead management strategies, analyzing lead data, and optimizing lead scoring systems to identify high-quality prospects.

Responsibilities

•Analyze market trends and research prospects to identify potential clients leads.•Make contact with leads, schedule calls, and educate on the value of the service.•Use CRM systems to track interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain detailed records.•Analyze data and feedback to optimize lead generation efforts and adjust strategies.•Collaborate with Senior Director of Client Success to develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies across various channels to attract qualified leads. Create and develop a robust pipeline of sales prospects for the assigned regions.•Establish lead scoring models to qualify leads based on demographics and engagement, ensure a focus on high-potential prospects.

•Streamline the process of transferring qualified leads to the sales team with detailed information to facilitate effective sales conversations.•Work with management and marketing communications to develop consistent sales presentations and supportive resources.•Plan and work exhibit booths at state association conferences and trade shows as assigned and follow up on new business leads or opportunities with existing clients.•Provide printed or verbal weekly and/or monthly reports on sales activity and results.•Participate in regularly scheduled coaching sessions with manager.•Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.•Travel as required to meet sales goals.•Any and all duties as assigned.

 

WORK SCHEDULEThis position requires 25-30% travel across the assigned territory to participate in client presentations and meetings.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily is necessary and the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience.•Exceptional performance in a lead generation position or customer engagement position; minimum four years.•Demonstrated knowledge and experience in selling and servicing the senior-living and long-term care environment.•Proven sales, project management and customer leadership ability and skills.•Strong strategic, creative, analytical, time management and people skills.•Established ability to source, acquire, develop and retain accounts to include: lead generation, territory management, sales plan execution, selling skills and contact resource management.•Develop strong business relationships and visibility through frequent in-person contact with prospective clients, networking and participation in industry and professional associations across the designated region.
