About The Role:As the
Director of International at
Feastables, you will play a critical role in driving our global expansion strategy and scaling our presence across key international markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing market-specific strategies, building and managing distributor and partner relationships, and ensuring strong commercial performance across regions.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will help shape how Feastables enters, grows, and wins in international markets by adapting global strategies to local nuances, unlocking new opportunities, and building the infrastructure needed to support rapid global growth.
What You'll Be Doing:- Drive international market strategy and execution across priority regions, including market entry planning and expansion roadmaps
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new market opportunities based on consumer trends, competitive landscape, and business impact
- Build and oversee a high-performing network of distributors, retailers, and strategic partners globally
- Set performance expectations, governance structures, and accountability with partners to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
- Own international P&L performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and key commercial levers by market
- Establish forecasting, demand planning, and inventory strategies in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership to ensure successful launches and scalable execution
- Define how global brand, product, and GTM strategies are localized to reflect market-specific consumer behavior, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances
- Provide strategic direction on pricing, assortment, packaging, and promotional strategies across markets
- Build scalable systems, processes, and reporting to support continued international expansion
- Monitor global trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform long-term strategy
Recipe for Success:- 10+ years of experience in international expansion, sales, or general management within CPG or high-growth consumer brands
- Proven track record of owning and scaling international markets with meaningful revenue impact
- Deep experience managing and structuring distributor and partner ecosystems across multiple regions
- Experience owning P&L and driving both top-line growth and profitability
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to build frameworks, systems, and long-term plans
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with experience working cross-functionally at senior levels
- Ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments while driving clarity and execution
- Strong commercial instincts paired with analytical rigor
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Interest in creator-led brands and modern consumer ecosystems

For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $175,000-$200,000.
