Full Job Description
Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership, oversight, and direction for the development, implementation, and evaluation of international programs.

Responsibilities

Duty 1 -
Manage Study Abroad/Away programs, International Scholar services, and exchange and mobility agreements (students & faculty with J-1 visas).

Duty 2 -
Develop and implement strategic plans for international learning initiatives in alignment with the university's mission and goals.

Duty 3 -
Promote innovation in global program delivery.

Duty 4 -
Oversee the creation, expansion, and quality assurance of global learning initiatives. Lead efforts to improve overall program outcomes.

Duty 5 -
Safety and risk management for international travel with faculty led programs.

Duty 6 -
Establish and maintain partnerships with international universities and organizations to support global education programs.

Duty 7 -
Collaborate with campus departments and stakeholders to promote internationalization.

Duty 8 -
Provide training and resources to faculty for designing and delivering globally relevant courses.

Duty 9 -
Ensure international students have adequate support services, advising, and technology access.

Duty 10 -
Develop and implement strategies to increase student engagement and retention in global programs.

Duty 11 -
Manage policies for international collaborations and global student exchanges.

Duty 12 -
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote global programs to prospective students domestically and internationally.

Duty 13 -
Pursue grant opportunities and external funding to support program expansion.

Duty 14 -
Evaluate the effectiveness of global learning programs through data analysis and student feedback.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Ph. D. required.

Required Experience
Demonstrated professional, academic, or administrative experience in a related field.
