We are currently seeking a Director of Integrations & Strategy, CCRM to support our CCRM Fertility business. CCRM Fertility is a global pioneer in fertility treatment, research, science, specializing in IVF, fertility testing, egg freezing, preimplantation genetic testing, third-party reproduction, and egg donation. The Director of Integrations & Strategy, CCRM provides strategic leadership for CCRM'S growing integrations portfolio, overseeing complex provider growth initiatives, mergers and joiners, M&A integrations, affiliations, and provider transitions. The position requires a highly collaborative leader capable of building scalable integration processes, navigating ambiguity, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes across a broad range of unique and evolving projects. The role will report directly to the integration leader and may assume management responsibility for additional project management resources as the portfolio continues to expand.

Responsibilities

  • CCRM Portfolio Leadership: Lead and oversee the CCRM integration portfolio, including acquisitions, de novos, provider growth initiatives, mergers and joiners, affiliations, and provider terminations, ensuring successful execution across complex and evolving engagements.
  • Integration Planning & Execution: Direct the planning and execution of all CCRM integrations, partnering with Corporate Development and cross-functional teams to assess legacy operations, develop integration strategies, and execute comprehensive transition plans.
  • Integration Planning & Execution: Maintain and continuously enhance integration playbooks, ensuring coordination, accountability, and completion of all integration milestones and deliverables.
  • Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management: Partner with physicians, operational leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners to align priorities, timelines, and go-live activities while proactively managing risks, driving value realization, and maintaining provider satisfaction.
  • Portfolio Governance & Resource Management: Establish reporting, governance, and communication frameworks that provide visibility into project health, risks, milestones, resource allocation, and portfolio performance to support informed decision-making and organizational growth.
  • Process Governance & Standardization: Establish and oversee governance, documentation, tools, and standardized processes that drive consistency, accountability, and scalability across integration and onboarding activities, including project management technology and systems.
  • Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: Lead post-implementation reviews, maintain lessons learned repositories, and drive cross-functional process improvements that reduce friction, strengthen execution, and improve outcomes for both internal teams and newly partnered sites.
  • Scalable Integration & Delivery Models: Design and evolve scalable onboarding, integration, and project delivery frameworks that balance standardization with the flexibility required to support unique CCRM, tuck-in, platform, acquisition, and de novo engagements.
  • People Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop a growing integration team, providing coaching, mentorship, resource planning, and potential oversight of Senior Project Manager resources to support current operations and future organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of healthcare integration, implementation, or project leadership experience, preferably within a physician practice management or healthcare services environment.
  • Experience supporting multi-site, private equity-backed specialty healthcare organizations, particularly in a PPM-focused environment.
  • Experience with Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the fertility healthcare sector is a plus.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, growth-oriented healthcare organizations; breadth of capability and leadership experience is preferred over narrow specialization in fertility care.
  • Proven success leading complex, large-scale integrations, acquisitions, de novo launches, or other strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams through multi-phase, enterprise-level projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and build structure, processes, and scalable solutions in evolving environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and effectively present to senior executives.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and experience leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and project management tools.
  • Experience with electronic health record systems preferred; Athena experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare M&A integrations, physician practice onboarding, or de novo development preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
