This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical judgment, independence, and initiative. The Director of IT will personally drive execution while building the foundation for a more mature IT organization over time. This role partners closely with business, Data, and AI leadership and requires strong judgment, initiative, and accountability for technical decisions.

Your Impact:

  • Own enterprise applications, including (but not limited to) ERP, CRM, data platforms, and productivity tools, ensuring they effectively support business workflows
  • Lead enterprise cybersecurity, risk management, incident response, and business continuity, including disaster recovery
  • Translate evolving business priorities into practical IT solutions and execution plans
  • In partnership with Data and AI leadership, enable the use of technology, data, and automation to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Serve as a hands-on technical leader, directly contributing to system design, troubleshooting, and implementation as needed
  • Manage and develop internal IT staff and external vendors, setting clear priorities, expectations, and accountability
  • Own IT financial management, vendor relationships, and governance to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and value-driven decisions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, clearly communicating risks, tradeoffs, and progress in plain language
  • Other duties as assigned

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business teams to support analytics, automation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Experience leading and executing cross-functional technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders

  • Competence with project management, inclusive of internal and external team members
  • Strong vendor, financial, and governance acumen, balancing agility with discipline and risk management
  • Uphold and implement Keystone's Core Values, consistently aligning actions and decisions that reflect the core principles
