Director of Human Resources
Shape the Future of Our People Strategy

This is more than a traditional HR leadership role. As a trusted advisor to the executive team, you'll influence organizational strategy, cultivate a high-performing culture, and lead initiatives that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll oversee all aspects of Human Resources while leading a talented HR team dedicated to supporting our employees and business objectives.

What You'll Do
Strategic HR Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute people initiatives that support continued growth, operational excellence, and employee engagement.
  • Lead the Human Resources function, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Support organizational growth initiatives, including acquisitions and successful employee integration.
Culture & Employee Experience
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture where employees can thrive.
  • Build strong partnerships with leaders and managers to foster collaboration, accountability, and employee success.
  • Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
  • Continuously improve the employee lifecycle-from onboarding through professional development and career growth.
Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen performance management, coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Ensure every employee has access to meaningful professional development opportunities and individualized growth plans.
  • Oversee company-wide training initiatives that support organizational priorities and leadership capability.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Provide thoughtful guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
  • Maintain open communication with employees to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support business objectives and ensure legal compliance.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices while responding confidently to evolving business needs.

  • Lead the development and administration of a competitive, equitable compensation strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure compensation and benefits programs attract and retain top talent while supporting organizational goals.
What You'll Bring
  • Demonstrated success leading Human Resources functions in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Broad expertise across all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent development, compliance, organizational development, and change management.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or organizational integrations is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex employee situations with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Calm, decisive, and adaptable under pressure with outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
