Perr&Knight is looking for a Human Resources Director to oversee the entire HR Department including all matters pertaining to 200+ employees. This includes, but is not limited to recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, training, policy development and compliance. This job will work full-time from our Santa Monica office.
What You Will Be Doing:- Supporting initiatives and directives from CAO, COO and CEO
- Supervising HR team of four people and overseeing the HR functions for two companies
- Communicating with state and federal agencies on the company's behalf
- Overseeing all HR concerns and employee issues
- Accepting and coordinating responses to all legal inquiries, inclusive of EEOC, EDD, or SDI claims
- Monitoring changes affecting employment practices nationally and in all company states
- Overseeing all HR matters affecting the company
What You Will Bring to the Table:- 7+ Years of experience as an HR Director
- Bachelors Degree
- SHRM or PHR certifications are helpful but not required
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
