Full Job Description
Salary: $120,000-$125,000

Job Summary

Help grow a workplace where people and hospitality flourish. As the Director of HR, you will lead all human resources functions for Levy's operation at the New York Botanical Garden and support the HR function at the National Geogrphic Museum in Washington, DC. This position will require up to 40% travel and a flexible schedule based on business needs. Position is based in New York.

You will partner with operational leadership to recruit, develop, engage, and retain a high-performing workforce while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role will champion an inclusive culture and support operational excellence through strategic people leadership.
