What are we looking for?

We are presently seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Director for our active continuing care retirement community located in Burlington, NC. If you enjoy being a part of a team environment and possess initiative, a heart for service, and enthusiasm, we want you!

The HR Director works with the site leadership and corporate HR team to provide human resources leadership to the community, ensuring an exceptional work environment for dedicated staff to provide outstanding service for our residents. Focus includes recruitment, coaching, training/development, morale, culture, policy/practices, performance appraisals, and quality management. Proven leadership experience is needed to assist in growing/integrating our team and aligning culture with Kintura's mission and values.
