DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Manage employee and labor relations, including union environments
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management
- Ensure HR compliance and policy development
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Supervise and mentor HR staff
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years of HR management experience
- Experience in labor relations and unionized environments
- Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, compensation, compliance, and training
- HRIS experience required (UKG preferred)
Preferred:- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or community-based organizations
Skills:- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
