Sarting Wage: $118,000 plus bonus!About the Position Goodwin Living (GL) seeks a dynamic leader to serve as the Director of Human Resources for Forest Hills of DC. This position works closely with the Chief People Officer, as well as the Forest Hills Executive Director and their management teams. The Director is responsible for retention initiatives, employee relations, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and team member development.
Job Requirements - Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, with strong leadership and recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR and/or other HR certifications preferred
- Strong background in employee relations, including coaching and counseling and terminations
- Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication/presentation skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Exceptional customer service

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
