Director, HR Information Systems (HRIS) Lead the Future of HR Technology This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for defining and executing the organization's HRIS vision, roadmap, and governance strategy. The Director will serve as the organization's senior HRIS authority, ensuring system integrity, data security, operational excellence, and technology innovation that support business growth and organizational success. What You'll Do HRIS Strategy & Leadership - Own the strategic vision, governance, and long-term roadmap for the organization's global HRIS platform, Ceridian Dayforce. - Lead the design, planning, implementation, testing, and deployment of new modules, enhancements, and system upgrades. - Develop and execute a multi-year HRIS strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives. - Present recommendations, business cases, and technology investments to executive leadership. Operational Excellence - Provide executive oversight of key Dayforce modules, including: - Recruiting - Onboarding - Compensation Management - Performance Management - Establish and maintain governance standards for data integrity, system controls, documentation, and audit readiness. - Lead enterprise training and change management strategies to maximize adoption and system effectiveness. Reporting & Workforce Analytics - Direct the development of executive dashboards, workforce analytics, and reporting solutions. - Deliver actionable insights that support decision-making across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations. - Partner with senior leaders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
