Director of Housing and Community Integration

Community Bridges, Inc. (CB I) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary

The Director of Housing and Community Integration is responsible for providing guidance and oversight to the various programs in the Housing and Community Integration Department. This position will offer guidance and support to Supervisors and Managers to ensure optimal program performance and staff productivity for both Regional Behavioral Health Programs and Grant Funded Programs. This position will interface with community stakeholders as a representative of Community Bridges Inc., (CBI) on the issue of homeless and housing solutions. The Director of HCI is responsible for adhering to grant requirements and participating in grant management, including but not limited to assistance with budgeting and reporting for both Pima and Maricopa County. The Director of Housing and Community Integration will be responsible for the training and implementation of program processes to ensure programs are performing to the highest level of contract requirements and program standard

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a field related to behavioral health or related field required. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a high school diploma or GED and five (5) years of work experience in the behavioral health field plus three (3) years of in a leadership role will be considered.
  • Experience in Grants Management required.
    • Experience with data management including proficiency in excel and other reporting programming.
  • State of AZ Driver's License (Valid and in good standing)
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
  • Finger Print Clearance Card (FPCC) or eligible to obtain a FPCC within 90 days
