RESPONSIBILITIES:The Director of Health Equity leads the Health Equity Department, which includes Community Health programs and Clinical Services. This position provides strategic leadership, oversees program quality and compliance, manages departmental resources, and builds partnerships to ensure culturally responsive services and measurable outcomes. The Director of Health Equity reports to the Executive Director.
- Leads the strategic planning, implementation, and integration of the Health Equity Department in alignment with Adelante Mujere's mission, values, and strategic priorities.
- Collaborates with program leads to establish, implement, monitor, and achieve departmental and program goals, objectives, outcomes, and improvement priorities.
- Ensures Health Equity programs provide high-quality, integrated, culturally responsive and developmentally appropriate services.
- Oversee and monitors program operations, compliance, documentation, data collection, billing, licensing, grant requirements, and reporting.
- Develops and monitors annual Health Equity budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
- Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with community partners, service providers, funders, and organization leaders.
- Serves on the Senior Management Team and contributes to organization-wide planning, problem solving, and communication.

REQUIRED: - A passionate commitment to the goals and mission of Adelante Mujeres and support for immigrant and BIPOC communities
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services or another related field
- At least five years of experience with program management and program development
- At least three years of supervision experience
- Proficiency in speaking, writing, and understanding English and Spanish
- Demonstrated experience leading programs, strategic and operational planning, preferably in a non-profit setting
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, grants, contracts, compliance requirements, or other departmental resources
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: - Enroll in Oregon's' Central Background Registry (CBR) and the Oregon Criminal History & Abuse Records Data System (ORCHARDS)
- Reliable transportation to arrive at different worksites
- Ability to travel out of town to attend workshops or trainings
SALARY & BENEFITS:- Salary range: $91K-$97K, depending on qualifications.
- Classification: Full-time, Salaried
- Telework: up to 1 day a week
