Property Description: Broadmoor Golf Links is an 18-hole golf course designed by Carl Litten and reimagined by Carlton Marshall and Zeke Cooper. The property includes a full-service clubhouse with 40-Bay Top Tracer driving range and 20,000 square foot Himalayan putting green. The property was seriously damaged by the hurricane and was reopened in June of 2026. The course will be rebuilt and a 152-room hotel will be added to the property.
Position Summary: Directs and oversees all aspects of Golf Operations including its activities and relationships between guests, associates and community. Has the ultimate responsibility for maximum guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Develops, implements, and monitors annual budget, revenue goals and expenses for operations departments.
- Provides timely and accurate reporting of all financial and non-financial information as directed.
- Monitors monthly and other financial reports/statements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the facility and takes effective corrective action when necessary.
- Develops, maintains and administers sound organizational plans and initiates improvements as necessary.
- Maintains membership with the PGA and other professional associations. Attends workshops and meetings to keep abreast of current information and developments.
- Oversee the care and maintenance of all the facilities physical assets.
- Coordinates marketing programs are designed to promote the facility's services to potential customers.
- Works with other departments to ensure highest quality of service is provided
- Strategic planning and collaboration with all departments to implement programming to help promote all revenue streams of the property.
- Implement policies and procedures for the Golf operations and compliance with all company standards relating to quality of products and services.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Assure that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate. Develops ongoing training programs.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Leads, Guides and mentors' Professional staff to promote growth of the staff and the game
- Implements clinics, lessons, and teaching to help promote continual progress for the operation.
- Perform other duties as appropriate.
Qualifications: - Must be PGA member
- Experience with computerized POS and tee time system.
- Experience running a high-volume facility.
- Ability to read and speak English is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience leading and running a full-service golf operation.
- Experience training and leading a staff of 15 plus employees.
- Understanding of Retail Operations, High Volume Driving range, and Golf operations.
- Create and execute club programming and events at a high-level
