Responsibilities

  • Lead global income and indirect tax compliance and reporting across U.S. and international jurisdictions
  • Manage tax accounting, including income tax provision and global entity structure changes
  • Develop and execute tax planning strategies; evaluate tax implications of M&A, cross-border transactions, and new business initiatives
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes; assess impact and advise executive leadership
  • Direct global tax audits and manage relationships with tax authorities
  • Establish and improve scalable tax processes, policies, and internal controls
  • Partner with FP&A, Legal, Treasury, IT, and Accounting to support strategic business initiatives
  • Manage and oversee external tax advisors and service providers
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global tax team

Full Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on tax leader to oversee global tax compliance, reporting, and planning. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, driving tax strategy while ensuring global compliance and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global income and indirect tax compliance and reporting across U.S. and international jurisdictions.

Anticipated Salary Range: $175,000 to $215,000 for qualified applicants.

The above pay range represents Quantum's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Pay within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge/education, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
