This Manager is a registered Professional Nurse who is responsible for the management of the Silvercare Department. He/she is responsible for the performance of the employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assure optimum patient care and spends 90% of the time in management.
Education Required:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
License, Certifications, etc.- Current license as an RN in the State of Georgia
- BLS
Experience:Minimum
- 5 years nursing leadership experience
Preferred
- 5 years experience in a psychiatric specialty
