Full Job Description
Essential Functions:

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations across Stein Eriksen Lodge outlets.
  • Ensure consistent execution of service standards and guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular operational audits, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.


Financial Management

  • Manage food and beverage revenue, profitability, labor costs, and operating expenses.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, labor productivity, food cost, beverage cost, and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.


Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Champion exceptional guest service and Forbes 4- and 5-star standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure alignment between food and service delivery.
  • Support the creation of memorable dining experiences that drive guest loyalty and market differentiation.


Leadership & Talent Development

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Food & Beverage Managers, outlet leaders, and supervisors.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop leadership training programs and career development opportunities.
  • Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.


Qualifications Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale hospitality environments.
  • Multi-outlet management experience with responsibility for restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering operations.
  • Strong financial acumen, including maintaining budgets, labor management, and P&L accountability.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and food and beverage operations.
  • Multi-property or hotel management company experience.
  • Experience with independent luxury restaurant concepts in resort or mountain locations.
