Overview:
Cambria Hotel Midtown Nashville is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team. Located in the heart of music city, this boutique hotel features 159 guest rooms, 2 F&B outlets including The Rux rooftop and Church and State Lobby bar along with over 3,000 sq ft of flexible meeting space.
As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for leading the food and beverage programing throughout the hotel. Elevating our intended inspired guest experience, activating our outlets, supporting growing hospitality professionals and cultivating your own professional development. This role ensures high service standards, guest satisfaction, revenue optimization and operational efficiency while maintaining brand standards and financial objectives.

Cambria's Food and Beverage director is a team player that works with our operations team to provide the best professional, competent and prompt service to our guests and our client partners. This position would report directly to the General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of F&B Outlets, ensuring seamless service and high quality offerings.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficiency and consistency.
• Manage the culinary team and other F&B leaders to ensure menu quality is consistent across outlets.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage budgets for each outlet; controlling costs while maximizing revenue.
• Implement pricing strategies, promotions and special events to drive revenue growth.
• Work with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns for the outlets.
• Build relationships with local businesses, vendors and community organizations to drive business.
• Identify trends and implement new food and beverage concepts to stay competitive.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets by upholding service standards.
• Address guests feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Recruit, train and supervise F&B associates.
• Foster a team-oriented culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, service standards and industry regulations.
• Experience with POS systems (Toast) and restaurant management software is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours; including weekends and holidays.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
