OverviewWe are seeking a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning and reporting in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. This role partners closely with senior leadership to deliver insights that drive decision-making, support growth initiatives, and enhance enterprise value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead monthly financial reporting, including flash reports, variance analysis, and performance packages
- Partner with business unit leaders to review results, identify risks/opportunities, and drive accountability
- Own the forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and scenario analysis
- Lead the annual budgeting process across the organization
- Deliver timely, actionable insights to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders
- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
- Oversee integration of acquisitions into financial reporting, including transaction-level detail and pro forma consolidation
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A professionals
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or MSF preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related field
- Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment preferred
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership
- Experience with NetSuite and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting is a plus
- Experience managing teams and developing talent
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools
