A growing organization is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. This role partners closely with executive leadership while leading a high-performing accounting team and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop the accounting team.
- Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports and performance analysis to leadership.
- Oversee audits and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
Qualifications- 5+ years of accounting leadership experience, hospitality preferred.
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
Compensation: $110,000-130,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
