Director of Finance (Psychiatry & Bio-behavioral Sciences) Join one of the nation's premier academic psychiatry departments and help shape the financial future of a world-renowned organization. The Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences is a leader in patient care, research, education, and community engagement, supporting a complex and diverse portfolio of clinical, academic, research, endowment, and philanthropic programs. We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Finance to provide financial leadership and operational oversight for the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences. You will partner with departmental leadership to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making across the department's clinical, research, and educational missions. Key responsibilities include: - Lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, and budget development - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to department leadership - Oversee departmental operating, clinical, academic, gift, and endowment budgets - Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards - Ensure compliance with University policies and financial regulations - Lead and mentor finance staff Salary range: $108,900/yr - $241,500/yr
