Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Provides high-level leadership for all administrative and financial functions of a college or division. Develops and implements strategic plans, manages complex budgets, and oversees resource allocation to achieve organizational goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • 6-8 years of related work experience required
  • Experience managing others or leading a project or program


KEY RESPONSIILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Leads comprehensive financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the organization.
  • Develops and executes long-term operational and financial strategies to support the mission and goals of the college or division.
  • Represents the organization in university-wide committees, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and priorities.
  • Establishes and enforces administrative and financial policies to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Provides mentorship and leadership to management teams, cultivating a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Other duties as assigned

$99,010.00 - $143,567.50
