Job Summary

Under supervision of the superintendent and/or designee, responsible for the planning, organization, coordination, and implementation of the school housing and district facilities program, including the design, financing and construction of new school buildings and district facilities, and the rehabilitation, reconstruction, relocation and addition to existing school buildings and district facilities; serve as a representative of the District to local, state, and federal agencies to obtain funding for facilities projects; supervise maintenance and operations; act as a liaison between the District and community groups affected by facilities projects; and perform related duties a required.
