Position Title: Director of Facilities and EVS
Location: Danville, Pa (Relocation Assistance is available)
Salary: 75-90K based depth of experience
Metz Environmental Services is actively seeking Director of Facilities and EVS with strong background in a Healthcare environment, particularly CCRC.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience overseeing environmental services and plant operations within a Continuing Care Retirement Community. Additionally, they need working knowledge of life safety regulations for both CMS and the Department of Health. The candidate should also have experience reporting to multiple Client Partners simultaneously.
The EVS Director/ GM will ensure that the facility is in functioning in a proper and safe manner while ensuring the overall appearance, sanitation and cleanliness is apparent to our Client, Patients, Residents and Guests.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
3-5 Years of EVS Management Experience
Strong Knowledge of Facility and EVS Maintenance procedures
Strong work ethic and Team Player
Amazing Leadership and Mentoring skills
Strong Computer and Administrative Skills
Experienced employee management, accounting, HR functions
Experience Managing a budget and purchasing
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar desired
Mechanically inclined, understanding EVS Industry language
