Director of Enterprise Risk ManagementAs the Director of Enterprise Risk Management, you'll help protect and strengthen the Credit Union by leading our enterprise risk management program. You'll work closely with leaders across the organization to identify and manage risks, improve policies and internal controls, oversee business continuity and vendor risk programs, and ensure we're prepared for whatever comes next. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping guide strategic decisions while building a strong culture of risk awareness, security, and compliance throughout the organization. You'll be our go-to for staying up to date on industry regulations that affect the Credit Union so we can help our members reach their goals no matter how big or small.
Here's what you can expect:
- Lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Credit Union's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program.
- Partner with department leaders to evaluate risks, strengthen internal controls, develop mitigation strategies, monitor corrective actions, and assess risks associated with strategic initiatives, new products, mergers, acquisitions, and significant organizational changes.
- Serve as the Credit Union's Security Officer, overseeing physical security, security incident reporting, investigations, loss prevention, and coordination with Information Technology and Operations.

Here's what we expect:
- Full time hours, typically 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, finance, accounting, economics or information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, compliance, operational risk, information security, or a related discipline within the financial services industry including experience working with regulatory examinations, auditors, and examiners.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership or management experience, including responsibility for developing strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing organizational decision-making. Strong understanding of internal controls, regulatory compliance, and excellent member service skills
