Position Summary: The Director of Enterprise Performance serves as a strategic partner to operational leaders, providing the tools, frameworks, insights, and leadership necessary to improve productivity, quality, patient experience, and financial performance. This position leads to operational improvement initiatives through the application of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making. The Director works collaboratively with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement standardized processes, strengthen operational performance, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications:
