Job DescriptionPosition Summary:Seeking a
Director of Engineering & Facilities to lead engineering, facilities, capital projects, automation, and infrastructure across multiple manufacturing locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop Engineering & Facilities teams
- Manage capital projects, budgets, and resources
- Drive process improvements, automation, and equipment reliability
- Oversee electrical, mechanical, PLC, and industrial systems
- Lead equipment design, innovation, and facility upgrades
- Ensure OSHA, fire safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
- Manage emergency response and business continuity
- Oversee CMMS, technical documentation, and security infrastructure
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of Engineering/Facilities leadership experience
- Strong people management and technical leadership skills
- Experience with industrial equipment, electrical/mechanical systems, and automation
- Experience managing capital projects, budgets, and resources
- Knowledge of OSHA, fire safety, environmental, and hazardous materials regulations
