Job Description

The Director of Global Engineering leads the worldwide engineering organization responsible for new product development and sustaining engineering across the Power & Industrial Technologies portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and develop a global, multi-site engineering team
  • Drive new product development (NPD) from concept through launch
  • Oversee sustaining engineering, including product improvements, cost reduction, and lifecycle management
  • Align engineering priorities with business strategy, growth initiatives, and customer needs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Operations, and Sales
  • Improve product quality, cost, and time-to-market
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
