Director of Emergency Services to lead its busy
50+ bed Emergency Department.
As
Director of Emergency Services, you'll provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for a large, high-volume department. You'll guide a talented team, ensure the highest standards of care, and drive performance improvement across all aspects of emergency nursing.
This role offers:
- Full 24-hour accountability for the Emergency Department
- The opportunity to lead 100+ FTEs serving approximately 5,000 patients per month
- Collaboration with a dedicated team of nurses, physicians, and administrators
- A platform to shape policies, enhance quality initiatives, and influence hospital-wide patient care outcomes
Your leadership will ensure that every patient receives compassionate, high-quality emergency care-while supporting your staff's professional growth and engagement.
What You'll Bring- Current and valid RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current or obtained upon hire)
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of acute care experience and 2 years in a supervisory/management role
- BSN required (or actively enrolled with completion within one year)
