PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Director of Digital Growth will lead the strategy, development, and scaling of our digital platforms and new e-commerce initiatives across our product portfolio. This role is accountable for driving digital revenue growth, improving the end-to-end customer experience, and unlocking new commercial models through digital channels.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, deep experience in B2B digital commerce, and the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, IT, and operations within an industrial manufacturing environment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the digital growth and e commerce strategy, with a clear roadmap tied to revenue, conversion, and customer experience outcomes.
- Own the vision and evolution of our digital platforms, including website, portals, and e commerce capabilities.
- Develop and optimize end to end customer journeys, using data and insights to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure digital platforms support commercial workflows, content strategy, and channel needs.
- Establish and track KPIs; continuously test, learn, and optimize performance.
- Build business cases for new digital capabilities and manage execution with cross functional teams.
- Lead and develop a small team and external partners focused on digital experience and growth.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform future digital investments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in digital growth, e-commerce, or digital product leadership, preferably in B2B or industrial manufacturing.
- Proven success launching or scaling B2B e-commerce and digital platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
Preferred:- Experience supporting distributor or hybrid go-to-market models.
- Global business exposure
WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Office-based role with occasional movement across office and manufacturing areas
- Requires ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone
- Visual acuity for computer-based tasks and detailed work
- Travel 10-15%
Total RewardsThe compensation range for this position is $141,800.00 - $212,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
