Job Description
This position provides strategic and operational leadership for all imaging services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care. This role is responsible for driving departmental performance, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, financial stewardship, and service line growth while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. The Director partners with physicians, organizational leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to advance clinical excellence, optimize operations, manage capital resources and technology, and support an exceptional patient experience across all Diagnostic Imaging services.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Five years of healthcare leadership experience required; director-level experience preferred. Experience managing a complex set of patient services in both a hospital and outpatient clinic setting is preferred.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in healthcare or business administration with Diagnostic Imaging leadership in a similar setting preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: Registries with the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board), or ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) and applicable licenses with the State of Montana is required.
