Full Job Description
The Director of Development - Tulsa Region reports to the Assistant Vice President for Advancement and Campaigns and will manage a portfolio of major gift donors ($25,000+) to raise funds for the University of Oklahoma. This professional works closely with fellow OU Foundation colleagues as well as faculty, staff and administrative leadership across all OU campuses to develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet individual and team fundraising goals.

As a skilled individual contributor, the Director of Development carries an expected annual fundraising goal of $3 million ($15 million over a rolling five-year period), requires regular regional travel and brings a demonstrated record of advancing complex, impact-based philanthropic initiatives.

Bachelor's degree and 4-8 progressive experience in fundraising, sales and/or gift planning-related roles required. Master's degree or CFRE preferred.
