Full Job Description
The Director of CTV Retail Media will lead the development, execution, and optimization of retail media strategies, with a focus on collaborating with US retail partners using LG's first-party data and inventory. This role requires a highly experienced leader who can operate across multiple internal and external teams as a cross-functional working group, manage complex CTV advertising and content ecosystems, and drive measurable business outcomes through coordinated media and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary lead for retail media initiatives, working cross-functionally with Retail Ads, LG Ads, DxP, LGEUS Marketing, NAC&S, and HQ teams. - Manage and align multiple workstreams, including campaign operations, marketing strategy, execution, and post-campaign performance measurement. - Oversee the integration and utilization of diverse ad inventory sources and data streams to ensure accurate targeting, execution, and reporting. - Develop and implement retail media strategies that align with broader marketing and business objectives. - Support and incorporate in-store marketing initiatives into broader media strategies where applicable. - Build scalable frameworks that can be extended to additional non-traditional retail partners. - Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and effectiveness. - Act as a senior strategic advisor, bringing a director-level perspective to complex retail media challenges and opportunities.
