Location: Las Vegas, NV The Role: Director of CRM and Sales Systems The Director of CRM and Sales Systems leads the strategy and operation of Switch's CRM and sales technology ecosystem. You will own the Salesforce roadmap, CRM governance, sales systems strategy, and data quality. You will lead the team responsible for CRM administration, systems support, data operations, and user enablement. Your work will help Sales and other go-to-market teams use reliable systems, processes, and data to manage performance and support revenue growth.
What You'll Do - Set the strategy, roadmap, governance, and priorities for Salesforce and the broader CRM and sales systems environment.
- Lead and develop the team responsible for CRM administration, sales systems, data operations, support, and user enablement.
- Partner with Sales leaders to improve sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and productivity.
- Translate business needs into clear system requirements, processes, automation, integrations, and technology solutions.
- Establish CRM data standards that improve data accuracy, consistency, security, and usability.
- Oversee system enhancements, integrations, releases, testing, and change management.
- Set priorities across CRM and sales systems initiatives based on business needs, risk, resources, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting that give leaders clear visibility into sales performance, pipeline, activity, and trends.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, IT, and other teams on systems and processes that cross functional boundaries.
- Improve user adoption through training, documentation, communication, support, and ongoing system improvements.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual work, reduce risk, and improve sales effectiveness.

What You'll Bring Required - 12+ years of relevant experience in CRM, sales operations, revenue operations, business systems, or a related field, including extensive management experience.
- Significant experience managing Salesforce or a comparable enterprise CRM platform.
- Experience leading and developing CRM, business systems, technical, or analytical teams.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable systems and business processes.
- Experience with CRM data governance, data quality, reporting, analytics, and system integrations.
- Experience leading cross-functional systems initiatives from requirements through implementation, adoption, and improvement.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
Preferred - Salesforce Administrator or related Salesforce certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related Salesforce products.
- Experience with sales or marketing automation platforms such as Outreach, HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
- Experience with Tableau or another business intelligence platform.
- Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar work-management tools.
- Experience with CRM security, access controls, compliance, or internal controls.
- Experience in a B2B, enterprise technology, or data center environment.
- Experience with Agile, product management, or similar technology delivery methods.
