  • Scrutinize incoming projects to determine when specialized freelance, agency, or production support is required; build detailed creative scopes, evaluate estimates, direct outside partners, and inspect final proofs against brand and quality standards
  • Partner closely with the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to review campaign briefs, provide realistic effort and production estimates, highlight creative constraints early, and balance creative workloads
  • Concept, design, and produce high-quality creative work across digital and physical mediums, including digital advertising, video/motion graphics, social content, brand identity systems, print collateral, environmental graphics, and retail packaging
  • Direct and execute end-to-end production runs-including art direction, graphic design, layout, photo/video capture, and basic post-production editing
  • Partner closely with the Senior Marketing Campaign and Account Manager to review campaign briefs, confirm technical specifications, assess project feasibility, and maintain production velocity
  • Conduct hands-on quality reviews across all final deliverables to verify formatting, resolution, typographic precision, brand accuracy, and technical readiness before delivery
  • Champion PTE values and work to teach and promote them throughout PTE
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with all employees, vendors, business partners, government/regulatory entities, and communities in which we operate
  • Use all company resources efficiently to promote maximum results for PTE; maintain PTE equipment and assets to maximize return on investment
  • Strictly follow workplace safety measures; safeguard the welfare of all employees, guests, visitors, and business partners at all times; promptly report workplace risks, incidents, injuries, and near misses
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive and proprietary business information and safeguard PTE assets at all times
