Job Description: Manage the day-to-day operations of the reconstruction team. Ensure the reconstruction team is delivering the highest quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers. Implement company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities: - Manage Construction Team (Advisors, Project Managers, Superintendents)
- Ensure that all construction processes are being followed and identify opportunities for improvement
- Recruit and train new Construction team members
- Conduct weekly audits and site visits of ongoing projects
- Assist in maintaining and building subcontractor base
- Negotiate vendor pricing (with Purchasing Manager)
- Set and maintain sales goals for Advisor and Estimating team
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews with all Project Managers
- Ensure that Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) and revenue goals are met
- Manage mitigation-to-construction jobs conversation rate performance
Qualifications:- Superb customer service track record
- Experience in running a midsize construction division
- Effective written and oral communication
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
