Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale municipal water and wastewater construction projects
• Proven success leading multiple projects and construction teams in a leadership capacity
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, project controls, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
• Experience managing client relationships, subcontractors, and complex project challenges
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of safety and accountability

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of municipal water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead project teams to ensure schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety objectives are achieved
• Partner with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
• Guide project planning, estimating, procurement, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation efforts
• Monitor project financial performance, identify cost impacts, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Review contracts, change orders, claims, and construction-related issues to minimize project risk
• Conduct regular project reviews and site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations
• Support workforce planning, recruiting, mentoring, and development of Project Managers
