Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale municipal water and wastewater construction projects.
• Proven success in leading multiple projects and construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, project controls, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Experience managing client relationships, subcontractors, and complex project challenges.
• Ability to build and develop high-performing teams while promoting safety and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of municipal water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Lead project teams to ensure schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety objectives are achieved.
• Partner with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure successful project delivery.
• Guide planning, estimating, procurement, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Monitor financial performance, identify cost impacts, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Review contracts, change orders, claims, and construction-related issues to minimize project risk.
• Conduct project reviews and site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Support workforce planning, recruiting, mentoring, and supporting development of Project Managers and other construction leaders.
