What would you do as a Director of Construction

As the Director of Construction at Marous Brothers Construction, you will oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering collaboration and driving productivity. Daily tasks include developing project timelines, managing resources, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards. You will be responsible for conducting site visits, addressing any challenges that arise, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Additionally, you will analyze project performance metrics and implement improvement strategies, all while promoting a culture of innovation and a family-first mindset. Your leadership will inspire teams to think creatively and encourage a strong work ethic that aligns with the company's values.

Are you the Director of Construction we're looking for?

To excel as the Director of Construction at Marous Brothers Construction, you will need exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively guide your team and collaborate with various stakeholders. Strong project management abilities are essential, including proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. A deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control best practices will empower you to make informed decisions and drive project success. A minimum 10 years of Project Management experience (including Sr. Project Manager experience) is required.
