RequirementsYour Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage 2 to 3 construction projects, ensuring smooth communication between contractors and the management team.
- Review construction plans, monitor project stages, and address contractor questions promptly.
- Maintain regular updates on project progress for the Executive management team, highlighting any challenges and solutions.
- Manage cost reporting and projections regarding job progress, costs, material usage, etc.
- Organize and track all change orders efficiently.
- Review, analyze, and update the project schedule regularly.
- Maintain current project status and pertinent field activities to be communicated during project reviews.
- Maintain records as required for documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate with general contractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address on-site issues proactively.
- Manage maintenance and facilities upkeep as needed.
What We're Looking For:- Proven 5+ years of experience in project or construction management, preferably within automotive or commercial settings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Proficiency in reviewing plans, tracking progress, and providing clear updates.
- Positive, results-driven mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
